Before I hired a personal trainer I had poor body image and was frustrated with my own workout routine. Since I've been training with my PROCertfiedTrainer I have increased energy, a better self-esteem, and I can now get back into my old jeans again.
They helped me design a work out and nutrition program for my specific needs. Because of PROCertifiedTrainers I now have a healthier body image which I haven't had in a long time.
Harold and his team of trainers are very knowledgeable and committed to producing results for their clients and I am very satisfied and convinced anyone who wants to can see the same results by committing themselves to his training program.
DAILY MONITORING & ATTENTION:
Your designated Trainer reports back to Harold after EVERY SESSION to get feedback on your progress. Again, you also have the chance to stay in touch with Harold via Facebook, Text or Email. You communicate periodically with Harold in order to keep you accountable, so you actually get 2 TRAINERS instead of one to make sure you stay on course, reaching your goals and getting measurable results!
NOTE: Clients who prefer to train out of our midtown fitness facility will personally work closely with Harold to perform workout sessions.
1 session= $96
5 sessions= $460 ($92 per session)
10 sessions= $870 ($87 per session)
20 sessions= $1,640 ($82 per session)
50 sessions= $3,500 ($70 per session)
(60 Minute session packages include: Goals Assessment, Fitness Evaluation, Bodyfat Analysis, Assisted Full Body Stretch, Nutritional Guidance.)
